From time to time I dream of finding M.U.S.C.L.E. in shops, car boot sales, my house, etc. Seems a rather silly thing to dream, but it shows how much (for better or for worse!) effect M.U.S.C.L.E. have had on my subconcious mind. Anyway, it's very annoying when I wake up and find I don't have them any more. Often I simply dream of finding figures which I used to have, or unopened packs and the like. More interesting are the strange variations I come across. Fortunately, I sometimes remember them well enough to describe or recreate for your edification. If you ever dream of any M.U.S.C.L.E. related stuff and can describe or depict the dream, please do so, and email it to me!!!

NEW!!!: A dream M.U.S.C.L.E. discovered and recreated by Darrin Vindola!

"I had a dream the other night that I recieved a HUGE lot of M.U.S.C.L.E. and the very last one I pulled out of the box was a Yellow Baby Niku Eraser, which by the way truly did exist in Japan. (M.U.S.C.L.E. Erasers that is) Anyway, It was a very vivid dream, and I put him real close to my face so I could examine him thoroughly. Someone had begun erasing pencil marks with him, but fortunately had not put any real wear on him yet. He also had Japanese characters on his chest rather than the English name NIKU. Well, this dream inspired me to design a picture of this surreal M.U.S.C.L.E. to show to all of you." - Darrin Vindola

Here are some M.U.S.C.L.E which I (me, Tim again) bought in a dream on the night of July 28th 1997. These are only a few of a great many. I purchased them in some kind of junk shop, selecting only the figures which I had never seen before. I examined every one, and they were a fantastic selection. These are the ones which particularly struck me, and which I remember clearly enough to recreate.

Block
A block, listening to his walkman. I liked this one, although the previous owner had defaced it by painting the walkman (a smaller block protruding from his back) and the headphones black. With enamel paint, I believe.

Flatfish
A small flatfish.

Ghost
A weird, flat-fronted ghost

I wish I could remember more, but I can't. I do recall that there were several rather ugly and sinister variations of 'Baby Bash'/'Niku', the baby Kinnikuman figure, who can be seen on my page of 'real' M.U.S.C.L.E. These variations had such attributes as curly hair, four eyes, etc.

On another occasion I dreamed of this odd colour variation: it's yellow, to be sure!
Yello!

(Hope you enjoyed the title of this page, possibly the most obscure pun/reference on any of my pages. And that's saying something!)
