UPDATED 9 OCT 2005: Have I really not updated for over 2 years!?!?!?!? That can't be right!? Anyway, added some new fan art, and also a link to a very stupid animation my friend Helen and I made, of a M.U.S.C.L.E. fighting a rice cake! I've fixed a broken image here and there too... but the rest of the site remains hopelessly out of date with various broken links etc. Hopefully one day I'll do some real proper updating... and add pics of all the Kinnikuman junk i bought in Japan a couple of years ago!!! It's quite enjoyable updating this site in old-skool ugly fansite html stylee, nice break from all the fancy but headache-inducing CSS stuff i'm currently working on elsewhere! ^_^
UPDATED Jan 2003: Wow, it's been a while! Well, added some D.I.Y. M.U.S.C.L.E. on the fan art page, + various corrections, news of "Ultimate Muscle", etcetc... more sooon I hope!

More soon too hopefully, including a new M.U.S.C.L.E. dream item which will appear soon as i have the time to recreate this surrealist object in Photoshop... actually, i just remembered another dream I'll add too! wow.

I'm sure noone reads it... if you do, please email me and I'll be scared! i think this is the closest I'll get to having one of those goth online diary pages which seem so popular...

New 13 March 98: Marvellous Kinnikuman computer fan art by Takuji Koishi! On my bizzare Quake II skins page can be found skins of two M.U.S.C.L.E, so you can run round as Lod or Kinnikuman in your network games!! Also, new info on stuff and pictures of some Japanese Kinnikuman figures which were never released as M.U.S.C.L.E, and stuff. And, a new Dream M.U.S.C.L.E from Darrin! Oh, and I really have updated the trade page this time!!
